SMS Opt-In & Messaging Terms
Program: TournyFlex golf notifications. Operated by TournyFlex LLC.
TournyFlex sends text messages to golfers who create a TournyFlex account and consent to messaging during signup. This page explains what the TournyFlex golf notifications program sends, how you opt in, how often you can expect messages, and how to opt out at any time.
What we send
TournyFlex golf notifications are transactional golf-event messages tied to your account activity:
- Round and league invitations when another TournyFlex user adds you to a round or league.
- Tee-time and schedule reminders for events you are part of.
- Requests to enter or attest scores during and after a round.
- One-time account verification codes when you sign in.
If — and only if — you separately opt in with the optional marketing checkbox at signup, we also send occasional marketing updates about new features and offers (no more than twice per calendar month). The optional marketing consent is never required to use TournyFlex.

How you opt in
You opt in when you create your TournyFlex account. Signup is a short flow: you enter your mobile number, verify it with a one-time code we text you (OTP), and then check the required consent box before your account is created. The box is unchecked by default — you must check it yourself. This is the exact consent step as it appears at account signup:
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is event-driven — you receive messages based on the rounds, leagues, and events tied to your account. Account notifications are typically 1 to 5 messages per week. Optional marketing messages, if you opt in, are sent no more than twice per calendar month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out and help
You can opt out of TournyFlex golf notifications at any time by replying STOP to any TournyFlex message. For help, reply HELP to any TournyFlex message, or contact us at support@tournyflex.com. One-time verification codes are sent only in response to your own sign-in attempts; deleting your account stops all messages.
