Delete Your TournyFlex Account & Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your TournyFlex account and the personal data associated with it. You can start a deletion request from inside the app or by email — both are described below — and this page tells you exactly what happens to your data afterward.

How to request deletion

You have two ways to request that we delete your account and data:

1. In the app. Open TournyFlex, go to your profile (the Me tab), tap Delete account, and confirm. This starts your deletion request immediately.
2. By email. Email support@tournyflex.com from the email address associated with your account (or include the phone number on your account) and ask us to delete your account. We use that information to locate and verify your account before deleting it.

What happens next

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. Your deletion request is then sent to our team, and an administrator permanently deletes your account and associated personal data within 30 days of the request.

If you sign back into the app before that 30-day window ends, you can restore your account, which cancels the pending deletion. If you do nothing, the deletion completes and cannot be undone.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile information — name, email address, phone number, birthdate, and gender.
• Your handicap / index.
• Your personal round and score history.

What may be retained

A limited amount of information may be kept after your account is deleted:

• Scores you entered as part of a shared round or event may be kept in de-identified form where they are part of another player's record of that round.
• Any information we are legally required to retain.

Nothing that identifies you personally is kept beyond the 30-day retention window described above.
