Founding Tester Program
Terms & Requirements
The short version
You're one of our first 50 founding testers. Play TournyFlex during our 2026 launch season, give us feedback on your rounds, and earn free months for 2027 — one free month for every round of feedback, up to a full year. We ask that you give feedback on at least 2 rounds. Here's exactly how it works.
The program
- Founding-tester spots are limited to the first 50 people who sign up and are confirmed.
- The founding season runs during 2026. As a founding tester, you get access during this period at no cost.
What we ask of you
- We ask that you provide feedback on at least 2 rounds during the 2026 season. This is what makes the program valuable for everyone.
- Feedback can come from real rounds or simulator rounds. (Simulator rounds are tracked separately and don't count toward your real-round TournyFlex Index.)
How credits work
- You earn one free-month credit for every round of feedback you provide during the 2026 season.
- Credits begin accruing from your first feedback round.
- You can earn up to 12 credits (a full year of free months).
- Credits are redeemable in 2027 and are applied by you in your account settings.
- Credits apply to individual play only. They cannot be used for outing, event, or league entry fees.
- All credits expire December 31, 2027. Unused credits are forfeited after that date.
The fine print
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold, or refunded.
- One founding-tester account per person.
- Feedback must be genuine and submitted through the TournyFlex app to qualify. We may decline to award credits for duplicate, automated, or bad-faith submissions.
- TournyFlex is in active development during the 2026 season. Features may change, break, or be added — that's the nature of testing, and your feedback shapes it.
- We may update these terms if the program changes. Material changes will be communicated to founding testers.
- The founding-tester offer is not transferable and applies only to the account that signed up.
- Participation doesn't guarantee any specific feature, outcome, or future pricing beyond the credits described here.
These terms describe the TournyFlex founding-tester program as of the 2026 launch season. The program is offered at TournyFlex's discretion and may be adjusted as described above. By joining as a founding tester, you acknowledge these terms.
